Terms and Conditions

Cleaning Service:

​

1. The service provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes wished to be made to the service must be done 24 hours prior

​

2. All products and equipment will be provided by Newy Cleaning Company

​

3. If a staff member feels that there is a safety or health risk prior to’ or during the service, they can

terminate. The total fee will depend on if its at the start or during the service.

​

4. If the client has forgotten to provide access to the home, or has forgot about the cleaning service the issue needs to be resolved within 20 minutes otherwise the booking has to be rescheduled and will incur a cancellation fee.

​

5. We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home and ask that our clients look through their property thoroughly before leaving. Occasionally and without intention our Cleaners may miss something on the list. If this matter does occur, you must contact us within 24 hours.

 

6. The level of results achieved during the service are based on the current condition of the

property.

7. Newy Cleaning Company invest time, money, energy and training into our hard working Team. Because they are excellent at what they do, they could be solicited by clients to work for the client personally. The client understands and agrees to a $2,500 fee should the client hire any of Brissy Cleaning Companies employees while they are employed by Newy Cleaning Company. 

​

8. Newy Cleaning Company is fully insured. If any damage occurs to the property during the

service, a claim will be made with the insurance company.

​

9. It is our policy that our Employees do not smoke or eat in your home or surrounding property.

 

10. For our workers’ safety and to comply with WHS regulations, our cleaning staff are prohibited from using ladders other than company provided ladders and are instructed to wear shoes in your home. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Terms:

​

1. We require full payment upon completion of our service to your home. We ask that outstanding invoices be paid on the day of cleaning. A $5 late payment fee will be added on each day payment has failed without reason. The client agrees and understands that if the outstanding invoice is left unpaid, it will be handed over to our debt collector. The Client agrees and understands that any costs for a debt collectors will be added to the invoice.

​2. The booking may be rescheduled atleast 24 hours prior to the original booking time. Clients agrees to pay a $50 cancellation fee if the service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

​

Personal information:

1. Newy Cleaning Company agrees not to share any personal information provided by the client.

2. Newy Cleaning  Company will always ask for permission to post photos of your clean. These are for advertising and marketing purposes only. Personal items and belongings will be excluded from any content taken.

​

Referrals:

 

1. Clients will receive $20 off their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to Brissy Cleaning Co. This discount becomes effective after the referred customer’s first cleaning.

​
